We offer a 30-day return window for non-live goods.
Returns must be unused and in their original packaging.
You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Live animals and perishable goods (e.g., plants) are non-returnable unless there is an issue on arrival, which must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Cancellations
Orders for physical goods may be cancelled before dispatch.
Orders for live animals must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery slot.
