1. 🛠️ Non-Living Products

This includes all 3D-printed items, terrarium décor, and dry goods.

✅ Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be in unused, original condition and in the same packaging supplied.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.

🔁 Return Process:

  2. Once approved, return the item to 4 Boynton Drive Nottingham NG3 3EP

  3. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.

💷 Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, you’ll be notified of approval.

  • If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.


2. 🪟 Vivariums

Due to their size and fragility, vivariums are handled differently.

✅ Return Conditions:

  • Returns accepted if the vivarium is in original condition and packaging.

  • Buyer is responsible for arranging and covering return shipping.

🔁 Process:

  1. Contact us to arrange the return.

  2. Inspection is completed upon receipt.

  3. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.


3. 🐸 Live Animals (Dart Frogs & Tadpoles)

We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee for all frogs and tadpoles sent via our DEFRA-registered courier partners.

✅ Guarantee Terms:

  • If your live animal does not survive courier delivery, you will be eligible for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence.

  • This guarantee only applies to courier delivery arranged through Frogfather.

❌ Exclusions:

  • Live products reported beyond the 24-hour window

  • Animals that decline due to improper setup, temperature, or care after arrival


❌ General Exclusions

Refunds or returns are not accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or incorrect installation

  • Custom 3D prints or bespoke orders

  • Any live animals outside the 24-hour claim window

2. Vivariums

We accept returns and offer refunds for vivariums under the following conditions:

  • The vivarium must be returned at the buyer’s cost.
  • The vivarium must be returned in the same condition in which it was supplied.
