Which payment options are available?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Choose your preferred method at checkout.

Is order tracking possible?
Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

What are your return guidelines?
You can return eligible items within 30 days for a refund. Exclusions apply for live animals and custom products.

How do you ship live frogs?
All frogs are shipped using DEFRA-registered animal couriers (Ridgeway, BCS, or DMS). These couriers operate on a 3-weekly cycle, and your order will be booked onto the next available run. Delivery can take up to 3 weeks depending on your location, and we’ll confirm the exact date with you directly.

How do you ship isopods and invertebrates?
We send isopods and invertebrates via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a tracked and signed-for service. If temperatures are low, we add insulated packaging and heat packs to ensure safe arrival. Dispatch is normally Monday to Wednesday.

How are vivariums delivered?
Vivariums are fragile and delivered by a specialist courier. Delivery is only available within certain areas and is arranged manually after ordering. Costs are based on distance from NG3.

What about plants, décor, and other items?
We use Royal Mail Tracked services for everything else — including plants, leaf litter, décor, and 3D printed items. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days.

• Live animal listings are only visible on Frogfather.co.uk and may not appear in Google Shopping results.

• We only ship within the UK using DEFRA-registered overnight animal couriers such as Ridgeway, DMS, and BCS.

• All live animal orders are arranged by appointment, typically with delivery within 2–3 weeks.

• You must be 18+ years old and confirm that keeping the species is legal in your area.

• We follow all relevant animal welfare legislation, including The Animal Welfare Act 2006.

📦 Live Animal Returns & DOA Policy:

Due to the nature of live animal transport, returns are not accepted for live animals. In the rare event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must:

• Notify us within 2 hours of delivery.

• Provide photographic or video evidence immediately.

• Refunds or replacements are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
