Bioactive Vivarium Plant Bundle – 12 Mixed Tropical Plants / Cuttings
Plant-only bundle – no live animals, insects or feeders are included.
A mixed selection of twelve rooted plants, rooted cuttings or fresh cuttings chosen for planted terrarium use. The bundle may include climbers, shingling plants and lower-growing tropical foliage according to current availability.
Possible plants
Selections may include Philodendron, Epipremnum, Monstera, Syngonium, Ficus, Marcgravia, Begonia, Schismatoglottis and similar tropical plants. Substitutions may be made where stock changes.
“Amphibian safe” wording corrected
The previous page called the plants “safe for sensitive amphibians and invertebrates” and described rooting hormone used on some cuttings as “amphibian safe”. Those are not claims Frogfather can make from plant identity alone.
Where a cutting has been treated with rooting hormone or another horticultural input, root it away from the animal enclosure first. Once established, remove residual propagation media where practical and rinse/prepare the plant before use with sensitive amphibians. Do not introduce loose rooting powder, concentrated fertiliser or pesticide residues into an amphibian vivarium.
Humidity wording
These plants are selected primarily for warm, humid terrarium conditions, but a mixed bundle does not have one universal RH requirement. Maintain moist but aerated root conditions and useful airflow, then adjust to the species actually supplied.
Bioactive claims
The bundle can create useful planted structure, but plants do not make an enclosure “bioactively successful” by themselves. Long-term performance depends on lighting, root conditions, moisture, ventilation and ongoing plant care.
