Frogfather DustDock™ – Concentrated Fruit Fly Feeding Station
A reusable feeding station designed to keep freshly dusted fruit flies concentrated in one accessible area for a short period before they disperse through the vivarium.
Why use it?
Fruit flies can spread quickly through planted enclosures and groom supplement powder from their bodies over time. The DustDock gives frogs an obvious initial feeding zone and makes feeding easier to observe.

How Frogfather uses it
- Lightly dust the required number of fruit flies with the chosen supplement.
- Add a small amount of banana or another suitable fly attractant.
- Add the flies to the DustDock.
- Place it in an accessible feeding location.
- Remove old fruit before it spoils or becomes heavily contaminated.
Supplementation wording corrected
The DustDock does not create a precise supplement dose and does not guarantee that every frog eats a particular number of freshly coated flies. Powder adherence varies with insect, supplement, humidity, contact time and grooming.
At Frogfather we use our All-in-One Vitamin & Mineral Dust as a routine single-powder supplementation system. The appropriate supplementation frequency depends on species, life stage, feeder type, UVB/D3 provision and the wider diet.

Food-hygiene note
Fruit pieces placed in a humid vivarium can ferment, mould or attract unwanted insects. Use a small amount, replace frequently and clean the station regularly.
