We’re proud to offer UK-bred Dendrobates tinctorius “Tumucumaque” dart frogs – a rare and commanding morph known for its dark black body, high-contrast yellow markings, and robust build. As a large-bodied terrestrial species, these frogs make excellent focal animals for horizontal rainforest-style vivaria.
These juveniles are now 6 months out of water, feeding confidently on dusted fruit flies and springtails, and have been raised in well-ventilated, high-humidity enclosures with leaf litter, cork bark, and live plants. Like all tinctorius morphs, they are bold, often visible, and full of personality — ideal for display tanks or experienced dart frog keepers.
