Custom-Made CPVC Euro Vivarium – Bespoke Enclosure

A made-to-order Euro-style enclosure constructed from CPVC sheet and configured around the intended species, size requirements, ventilation and access needs.

Material wording corrected

CPVC is selected here for its practical moisture resistance and suitability for fabricated enclosure construction. We have removed unsupported comparative claims that it is universally “stronger and more insulative than standard PVC”, “thermally stable”, or “perfect for high humidity”. Final performance depends on sheet thickness, construction, joints, ventilation and the surrounding room.

Species-led design

We can tailor dimensions, ventilation, doors, cable ports and equipment mounts around the intended animals. A species consultation helps guide the build, but no enclosure design by itself guarantees correct temperature or humidity; those conditions must be measured and adjusted after installation.

Cleaning and moisture

CPVC sheet does not rely on absorbent timber surfaces, which can make wipe-down cleaning straightforward. Seams, sealants, hardware and internal finishes still require routine inspection, particularly in wet or humid enclosures.

Before animals are introduced

Allow sealants/adhesives used in the final build to cure fully according to their manufacturer’s instructions, clean the interior, then run and test the enclosure for temperature, ventilation and moisture before livestock are introduced.
