Description
These aren’t your average geckos. Gonatodes albogularis — known as the Yellow-headed gecko — are tiny jewels of the reptile world. Males are striking with bold yellow heads and iridescent blue-black bodies. Females are subtler, but just as captivating in behaviour.
These captive-bred UK pairs (1.1) are thriving on a diet of micro crickets, dwarf isopods, and fruit flies. They prefer vertical space, good lighting, and a warm, humid setup with plenty of bark and foliage to dart between.
